James and Lee chose Tullibole Castle as their wedding venue and it was my first wedding here. This 17th century castle is a photographers paradise with so many different locations around the grounds. Their ceremony was held outdoors, at the side of the pond. After the ceremony, we had group photos in the grounds of the castle during the drinks reception. James and Lee also chose to have a more private hand fasting ceremony inside the old yew tree, witnessed by a few immediate family members. I then took them around the grounds for their couples shoot. James has a classic MG sportswear so we used this during their shoot as well as several locations around the grounds.
Later in the evening, after the first dance, I took the couple back out for a few photos with the floodlit castle as a backdrop. We noticed that the yew tree was still lit up so ventured inside here for a few photos under the lights. Whats a stunning little venue!
